Oh...$60 more to buy the quarterly membership.
In the big tread below re: ldm century club, the point was made that it was a lot of money over time and what could have been done with it instead. I reality it was likely about $10,000 per year according to the math example, or a couple huundred per week. To some a lot of money, to others, not so much.
This is an important question but a very individual one as well. And one that goes both ways.... What do providers do with it?
Unfortunately I think to many Ladies squander it and to many guys spend it but cannot afford it. And a lot of Ladies probably pay their bills and just get by. I do know there are a few who at least claim to have invested or at least stashed something for the future.
However it is like anything else in life, there is always plus and minus, the light side and the dard side, yin and yang. There is more to live than money, but in our modern age, money is nessasary to live.
I fully agree that if it had been spent on a fancy car, cigars, drink, eating out, expensive trips, drugs, etc..... I personally would rather spend it on the Ladies. Hell buy a nice used car and spend the deprieciation you saved on the Ladies!
However all involved should try to look at their futures and not squander that away. Live within your means, work hard and smart, make some investments for the future, and spend the fruits of that enjoying life. If you spend your future enjoying today, you won't have much fun tomorrow......
Although it sure sounds like fun today! Who's available tonight!
I wasn't interested in a divorce. I still love my spouse and she gave me permission to go outside the marriage. I try to see a provider once a week. I feel way better doing that after five years than the previous five years when I was sexless miserable. Hell, my cock stopped working. It took me a month of providers get it going again and almost a year to get back to my old stamina. If it hadn't been for Katelyn, Hilary Holiday, and Maya that first year I couldn't have survived in hobbying world. I now have providers that are simply friends even though I no longer see them and I'm a whole happier after seeing a lady. Think about this: I'm 53 years old. Every lady I've seen is 15-35 years younger than me. I'm seeing a gorgeous 19 year old in a few days for 200 and she has great references.
Time and money. I have stopped calculating how much I have spent in this hobby. It's a hobby, it's fun, don't start counting unless you want to make a change......I think that I have spent $300,000. But..but I have met some remarkable women. Had some good memories, but more bad than good. And I have made a change. And if you scoff at my number my 1st encounter was in the fall of 1977, yellow pages and outcall.

As to whether it makes sense for anyone to spend what they have spent, I agree with you that it is an individual decision. From conversations I've had, I've spent more money than some and less than others. Is it money well spent? I think so. Will I still think that way in the future? Who knows? Hindsight is only useful in helping you learn from your past; it still doesn't tell you if the decisions you make now will work out well.
I consider myself a part time hobbiest. I invest in the company of some of the lovely ladies about 10 times a year at an annual cost of about $2000.00. My work causes extensive travel and many of the ladies that I see are in other cities. I have found that MSP is a market that offers many more opportunities than most due to the number of ladies that are reviewed. If I spent more time home I am sure the amount that I spend would go up.
To those of you that are VIPs and review so many of the ladies, thank you!! I am not a VIP nor do I plan to become one because I don't feel comfortable with the personal information that is required.
Bluenorth, I am in the market for a new financial planner. You sound as though you have some expirience.
Would spending it on the alternatives have made me happer? What would a divorce have cost me? Staying married and satisfying my sexual needs this way is wayyyyy less costly no matter how you estimate it.
But you do have to budget and resist using less than discretionary funds - if you aren't then you could end up on the path to self-destruction such as the case with drug and alcohol addiction.
I've known a little too much about some provider's personal lives and many really do need the income level of a full-time provider and use the money wisely and with the right priorities. However, there are as many who like living in the fast lane and use it to live lavishly. And that provider who commands a high price, works full-time, yet drives a junker? You know where that money is going, right? She is the one who needs to be saving up for rehab.
I've spent my money on women, cigars, good drink and drugs. The rest I wasted.

Nice... the truth shall set you free!
