Whats are some good places to go for a drink and dance around the area. I love metal, classic rock and hard rock, I can do jazz as well. As for food I'll eat anything but I want something new besides fillets, all time favorite.

You will find all of that downtown, dance and music around 1st Avenue and a good variety of food on Nicollet and Hennepin. Everything is walking distance and a short light rail ride from the airport.
