I liked your post Catherine, so please don't take this the wrong way, but one thing confused me, the comment about boyfriends. I know a lot of escorts on the net that have boyfriends - and husbands for that matter, even if they don't share it with their clients.  Why should a girl with a -significant other- be put in the same category as a druggie?  It's no one's business if a girl has a man at home, don't most of these guys have "little ladies" themselves?  As long as a girl isn't being pimped by a pimp, I don't see what the problem is.  And just because a girl in this busienss has a boyfriend or husband, it doesn't mean they are being pimped.  More power to the boyfriends and husbands of escorts, strippers, and any other erotic profession, at least they are secure enough in their relationships to handle the jobs us ladies have.  Maybe it touched me so because I am drug & alcohol free by lessons learned and now by choice, and those demons could never be compared to the happiness of having a man there in your life, no matter what you do.

Hello everyone hope all is well with you all(including the guys that once posted on this board).  I picked up a city pages and what did I see but an advertising for the erotic review.  _____and I have been trying to figure where all the whackos have been coming from in recent days and months.  I am not saying  that city page guys are whakos  but  ______ and I could not figure where or how these dodgy and shifty guys had found this site.  
Please everyone thinkwhat this means for all of us.  There have been whispers of internet guys being set up by alias cops posting as new girls and advertising as such now I see why.  The city pages falls into the hands of 500,000 readers a week which includes your neighbors your boss and the  local LE.  I dont have beef with it falling into LEs hands because they are trying to do a very important job and that is taking care of all the ghetto fabulous providers that are out there and the men behind them.But this means no more being aynonmous sp? in your play.
Has anyone noticed the change in the postings on this board between say april and now.  It used to be relativly intelligent chatter but has turned to moaning and whinning FROM DODGY AND SHIFTY guys who once saw 100 providers or providers who would jack up the prices.  They found the erotic review and were so thrilled to have found providers  for less than what they are used to paying after being jacked up.  They were stunned at the thought that nice girls who dont jacvk up the rates and provide good service exist.. then they couldnt figure out why when they emailed a girls and said yeah I have seen every walking flea in a crack house in____in the basement where there are matresses piled up on the floor that the provider said no I dont think we would be a good match and delined an appt.  These  very same guys said why would she decline my $$$ not even the nastiest crack whore has delined my dollar why isnt  it good enough for these interenet girls?
Because some(not all:) internet girls do not have "boyfriends) or drug desires.  So we would rather do two appts than do eight appts with dodgy and shifty guys.  There is a lot I would like to say but cant think clearly wnough at the moment to chatter them upon this board in any rational way.  I will let______say what I havent said on this issue if she is feeling rational at the moment:)

No wonder so many are hating being providers right now and thinking of getting out.  Yes I agree with the new type of client that has found our safe haven.  This down right scares us as providers.  Weather or not you want to hear it many have been beaten and raped by so called clients that are new to the internet.  Well we all know the BD deal and im afraid this is not far behind now.  I thought the benefit of advertising on the net was so you were not in the paper??? Im confused.  But now everyone is in the paper w/o consent??  I have alot to say about this but Im afraid my posting days will be coming to an end.  It was nice when you knew who you where talking to and posting to but with this I could be corresponding with LE and complete psychos on a weekly basis.  No thanks.

Being on the internet has never been protection from people who are up to no good.  There is no safe haven, and chances are you have been corresponding with LE and maybe even some psychos all along and just didn't know it.  We all need to always be careful.  I see that both of you screen prospective clients, and that is probably what has protected you and what will continue to protect you best.

Sure I understand it from TER's standpoint.  Im not in disagreement about needing to keep the site going.  Ter is very popular.  My point was that MN is a very conseravtive state not like CA or somewhere.  Where people would never find out easily.  Thats it.  Thanks

Also I have been meaning to thank the "regulars" and just the plain great guys who have given me wonderful masterbation memories after we have parted and those I have become good friends with.
I have also said that for every type of girls there are a few guys who dig her and thank goodness for that.  Even the ghetto girls have fans:) Although my fans are way cooler:)heeenahhh ok enough of the humor just showing my sensitive side.

Currently we advertise in 14 different papers around the country and hundreds of websites. It is important that we as a company (TER) always look for new ways to increase the membership here.  We have been advertising in the newspaper for years.  It is a very good way to expose people who may have never known a site like this was available.  Just as with everything else, the bad always comes with the good.

opps again:)its my nice way of refferring to males you profit by ladies working.  I wasnt even thinking of mates when I wrote that its just that the popular thing to do is have the girl that works for you appear independent but really a man is watching her every penny earned.
I dont feel comfortable having someone in my life while I am a provider but damn some night I am sure my cat wishes I had a man when he gets sick of the bed shaking!!!:)

Thank you for clarifing, you do sound like a dear, seriously.  Maybe it's just me, but in my experiences, (over 5 years), most of the ladies I have met in this business with boyfriends/husbands, (most not on the net), aren't with pimps, or as you called it, with  a man watching every penny earned. In one saunna in particular, every lady (approx. 12 ladies), had a -significant other- and not a 1 was a pimp.  OTOH, I've known plenty of "straight" women who work their butts off for a lazy man sitting at home on the couch without a job.

The only reason I am pushing this issue is because I've seen the stereotypes all too often of people who assume because a working girl has a man in her life, that's he's a pimp. Pimping isn't something that's becoming popular. How can it?, it's been around as long as prostitution, so it already was. IMO, it's something that's becoming very UNpopular because girls are realizing they don't need a pimp for protection anymore, they have the internet, messageboards, and private groups for that now.  So please, don't ANYONE just assume that -Miss X- is being pimped because she has a boyfriend.

Thank you for taking my 2 cents with a grain of salt, I really am just voicing a friendly opinion.
