It does seem CityVibe should clean up their old adds if the provider is no longer around.  I'm not sure what their policy is, but you'd think expiration after a year would do it.  Who knows: it's all logistics!

If memory serves me right, I think she (or someone) was advertising with those pictures on backpage within the last couple of weeks.

I am always amazed at when someone posts a "still around?" post about some provider. PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL.  If she answers simple say "are you still around?"

How hard can that be?

I did that once and the it was wrong number.  Kinda awkward.  Phone numbers get recycled.
