I agree.  "Minimal Donation" is a big red flag.

That "Minimum donation: $250 / (Now that's a great start!)" really puts me off, too.

And the "lv" up in the web address line, it means she's out of Las Vegas.  If she were from Minnesota, it would read "...files/mn-cire1..."

Ad says she's "visiting" but has a local phone number already?  I reverse look-uped it and it's a cell phone - bad sign.

In the past year the Twin Cities have become much more visitor friendly than it used to have a reputation for, and lots more providers are showing up.  And that attracts more rip-off deals.
