She didn't sound like what I remembered.  Not sure what it is, but her voice and way of speaking didn't ring a bell.

It sounded to me like someone older.  In a couple of other ways it didn't sound like her.

There have been a lot of posts here about enforcement activity, and being new to the hobby, I can't compare.  There were full news stories on it going back years, so if it weren't for those posts I'd take it to be what it's always been.

Personally, I make it a policy to stay off of backpage.

If I am nervous about a provider, I look at her reviews and the hobbyists' who reviewed her.  If it is just one or two reviews and each reviewer has only one or two reviews, I avoid.  My personal cut off is 15 reviews from well-established reviewers.

I think there is a risk in seeing providers at that end of the age spectrum.   I don't have as much confidence in their screening and I think it more likely they could be "turned" by LE.

Have you seen lea before and now she sounds different? Or just sounded different from what you expect?  I know lea shares that phone with 2 other girls, so it is possible you were talking to someone else entirely (her friend layla or meagan).

I rarely am willing to toftt anymore, but I do think uptonogood's view is rather paranoid in this case.  Don't get me wrong, safety is good and all, but there's always some risk.  Obviously, the final choice is yours!

It might have been a friend covering for her trying to setup the appointment.  Lea isn't very professional (amateur is a better word) but maybe that'll change if she stays in the game long enough.

I'd thought that Lea and Meagan were the only ones sharing that number.  I spoke with someone that I took for Lea a few times, but I don't remember whether there was an introduction.  It could have been my own careless assumption. I would have known if it were Meagan.

There's one other thing that I want to look into, and I'll mention it if I come across anything.  I wasn't going to go right away, so I just wanted to make sure everyone else was safe.  Anyone who's seen her should know over the phone if it's the right person, and someone who hasn't been there before could be careful what they do and say until they're there and know for sure.  Didn't mean to sound a false alarm.

I have seen both of these ladies, it is possible they are both using the same scheduler. I had a couple of missed connections with Lea, at the time it felt odd. Meagan was similar, had made a comment that I had been checked out by someone.
