I am not certain what RBGFE stands for, but I am certain the statement that GFE is not offered up here is incorrect. Many of us ladies offer it. Some of us offer it out of state and have raving reviews from non-locals stating almost exactly what the locals say...that GFE was offered and offered well. So the local ladies do offer it in these "slow" times.
What you will find is some ladies will not force a GFE if they offer Mr. Sticky balls a shower and he declines. She may try offering it twice by saying, "A shower can be fun! Let's take one together!" "No thanks. I already took one today," he says. In this situation, a GFE may not be offered. We are not required to subject ourselves to that. Also, some ladies will not kiss a gentleman if anything about doing so is repulsing.
With that said, GFE can be a YMMV. Some people advocate a lady provide GFE to ALL and some frown upon a lady who does not offer it to all men. I advocate gents and ladies alike make all factors appealing so that GFE will be offered.
Overall, MN gents seem to have a good handle on their hygiene and respect for the ladies. Their attention to those details are always rewarded. I know because my friends have enjoyed kissing and kitty play with me...and I love it! If you are not experiencing it, it may be due to something you are doing wrong or the girls you seek out.
Further, chemistry determines GFE as well. If a gentleman enters the room and immediately says, "Well I thought you were going to look like...or sound like..." he might not get a GFE! (Thanks for the nice greeting!) His disappointment ruined any chance of receiving a GFE. Ladies can tell in a man's eyes that he is not interested in the session. Why waste a precious GFE on that?
For some, GFE is not simply just a marketing tool. Some of us love the kissing and companionship piece GFE offers. However, there are certain factors for SOME ladies that will determine whether or not she will indeed offer GFE during a session. If you want a provider who will offer GFE to any tom, dick and hairy, I suggest you look for non-TER reviewed ladies. Good luck!

Hey Rabbit; I can certainly understand your frustration, when you invest time, energy, and resources into a nice get together - only to be disappointed. Part of the reason that I got into the hobby, and love it is that I thoroughly enjoy offering a true GFE to gentlemen who are nice enough to plan mutually rewarding visits. I tend to be a bit submissive by nature, and pleasing my friends is sort of second nature to me. I can't feel good about myself, or about how I spend my time hobbying, unless you leave happy. Again, that's just me - I can't speak for anyone else - but the local girls that I've known, and worked with, are pretty much like-minded. I'm familiar with the RB definition of GFE - and it fits me to a tee. I believe that both parties should be as forthright as possible when planning a meeting - and I believe that things go much smoother when they do.
