A quick search found 17 Minnesota providers with "many" tats and over 120 with "a few" tats, for providers with reviews within the last 3 months. So there's quite a few ladies with tattoos to choose from.  And of course some visiting providers have tattoos.  Personally I know some great providers who have tats.  

As for ladies who have piercings, that's searchable too. I'll leave that one for you, at your leisure.  

Of course, MSP has a much smaller population than Chicago and NYC, so you're bound to find more providers there in general.  But what we may lack in quantity, we more than make up for in quality.
