What is YOUR prefered method of contact: Phone (if listed) or email?

For those that do not list an email is it due to not wanting to get bogged down in emails as some providers have?

Do you feel more comfortable with a hobbyist that has a lot of reviews or none at all?

I prefer the e-mails for advanced appointments. But for those last minute and lunch time "quickies", I love the phone calls.

For me e-mail is much preferred, especially if a new friend is trying to get in touch with me, mainly because I never know where I will be (with family, friends outside the hobby, etc.).  I find e-mail to be far more discrete and much easier to answer.
