Question for providers

There's a simple reason that there has never been a case of an STD being picked up at the Nevada ranches - the girls get tested monthly for HIV, weekly for everything else, and the use of Condoms is required by law!  Above that, many of the girls use dental dams even though they are not required by law.  I realize that the GFE/PSE quest in this town and on TER seem to look down on these practices, but take a moment to think about your own health and about what you are asking these beautiful girls to do?  I mean providers see 100's of men over the course of a year and they are usually expected to speak french without a translator plus they get even higher marks if they completely finish the lesson.  And then there's DATY, they're usually expected to let hundreds of strangers stick their fingers, mouths, and tounges in their bodies.  I'd like to see a survey of how many hobbyists have ever had a real girlfriend that enjoyed doing all the things that are asked of providers every day.  I'm in no way cutting down the hobby, I just want hobbyists to have respect for themselves and these girls and not get so offended when a provider wants to use a condom, or doesn't want you to DATY, or doesn't want your tounge in their mouth.  These are NOT real girlfriends and they are just being safe.  Get tested, wrap it up, and have fun.

I agree that testing is something we probably don't take seriously enough and should be discussed more...  I think I may say more on that in a new thread at some point.

I'm curious though.  There's been quite an increase in BBBJ over the past few years, and a large number of gals that have switched from CBJ to BBBJ.  I'm curious about what factor has most led to this.  Is it mostly because of financial/competitive pressure to do so?  Or does it have more to do with recent conclusions that, while there are other STD risks, the oral transmission of HIV appears to be quite rare?

I know that both factors come into play, but obviously something has happened over the last couple of years that is the primary impetus for this change and I wonder which one it is.
