I would like some input from the group. I answered a ad on BP and they responded back indicating the girls were "under 18", the "under" word was indicated by a reverse carrot sign. This posting wouldn't post with the sign. The emails have been from what appears to be their "dad" or Pimp.
How can get this guy turned in and caught without getting myself involved? Time is very important, he says they would be available the 16th.

Chances are that it is an LE bust fishing for pedos. But I would follow the advice to provide an anonymous tip in the slim chance it is not LE.

What percent of the pimp population even knows what direction that arrow is supposed to point?  It could be they are trying to build in some "plausible deniablity".

The well being of underage girls are endangered which is much more serious then getting you on some puny soliciting charge.

Try calling 911, let the dispatcher know you need to remain anonymous and share as much info as you can.

You can also look for an anonymous tip line on the LE website or fill out a form online but the process between receipt and action is time consuming and might not be helpful for the time sensitive nature of this case.

Thanks guys. I did report it and also gave them the various email I had received . One thing I noticed on these online tip lines though was that there was no way to attach the pictures that were sent me.
I guess if they are truely interested, they will track me down.
