More than 1/2 of my scheduled appts over the last 3 weeks canceled/rescheduled at the last minute - and the spots vacated have no chance to fill. I would be terrible if Santa had to fly by Renee's house this year Minnesota.

I would suspect, Renee, that the problem has less to do with the limited 11/3/7 scheduling (which if anything is welcome insurance against high volume and rushed sessions) than with the over-automation of the appointment process. The appointment is set up and confirmed with zero personal intervention or involvement or response by you. That is bound to leave the appointment psychologically easier for the client to break.
The impression of disengagement is deepened if you ignore individual e-mail because of your reliance on the automated system. (Mind, I say impression only--if I thought for a moment that you approached actual sessions in a disengaged spirit, there'd be one more cancellation showing up on your screen right now. But having read the reviews, I still look forward to meeting you.)
I'm just the opposite. A few times when I was going to find my self in Mpls, I wanted to meet with Renee, but the times didn't work out. BTW I did have one French session with Renee, and have been anxious to repeat.
Cauliflower? I will admit to a college education, and to being white; starchy I deny; and as for lumpy, well, I'll just have to let a competent masseuse work that out.
I think Vanders comments are right on. I also believe that Renee would get more consistent appts. with a 2.5 price point. I know I would see her more often, as it is, there are a number of other good options at the 2.5 level. Just my 2 cents.
