I have known Renee East for years, but didn't get around to writing a review until last September.  Saw her this week, and discovered that, while still not offering FS, her menu has expanded tremendously, in the direction of offering mistress/dom services--see her website for some details.  I will be updating my review sometime next week.  
Very much worth the price of admission.
