OK.  I am sure I am going to get shredded and accused of being LE for even trying this post, but here goes...

I have been married for the last 5 year and out of the hobby.  Now that has come to an end and I am looking to get back in.  Problem is, all my references have retired.   I don't really want to work my way up from the bottom.  Can anyone recommend providers that are good but allow a less painful verification?

Also, sometime I like to go to AMPs when looking for something on short notice.  I live in the northern burbs. Can anyone recommend one that would be a little easier to get to when coming from the north edge of the cities?
