I tried to make an appointment with a provider and she told me to pm her on iluvmn so she could verify me. Anybody know what that means?

That's what she meant! She told me to do the same thing, but I didn't understand and PM'd her. I haven't heard anything from her since...
I guess I may have to try the correct way.
