Otherwise it really is no good talking about privacy violation by a provider. Just hope she is not on my to see list.

Also could you see the email addresses of all the other clients?

Thanks

Actually it's not a mishap, this one was intentional.
I just received an email from a provider that was sent to everybody on her list. Just as it happened a month ago with Mystic. The big difference is this was done intentionally because she is trying to make money on some paypal pyramid scam.

Funny, this gal lacked integrity during the verification process also.

Take about 5 minutes and set yourself up a free yahoo email address for your hobby emails. While most providers are discrete when dealing with emails, some are not. I would never want my personal information going around on any of those lists.

Hushmail and GMail are 2 other good options - I get a LOT less junkmail on those than Yahoo.

Then we can see if it is just a nuisance or potentially harmful, and see if others got a copy... Then I'll decide if it's worth outing her.
(Spaming is bad business but it's not the kind of thing that jeopardizes a man's work or family life...)

I traded a couple emails with her several months ago but, I have have never seen her. She has absolutly no reason to keep my address. Let alone send it out with a bunch of others seeking to further some pyramid scam. Heres a copy of her post;

Subject: Candy ....This is working for me ... it will work for you $$$

Hello. I have been doing this system below for the last two weeks and a few days (a couple of hours a day) and i have made $2565.00 and the amount keeps growing. It has been some of the easiest money I have every made. The system is simple and you will make money. Read below and see how you can start making $$$$ within the next 10-15 minutes.

Do you have a PayPal Account? (If not, the set up takes 10-15 minutes.)

You could make up to $50,000 in one month's time with more money coming in every month thereafter!
$50,000 in PayPal?

That's Right! $50,000 dollars in your PayPal ACCOUNT, IT WAS PROVEN ON OPRAH and this system is COMPLETELY LEGAL!!!

You may have heard of this program (or one like it) on 20/20 or even in the Wall Street Journal. $10 that's all it takes. I'll try to keep it short and sweet.

To get started just copy this whole page and paste it to edit it. Simply follow the instructions below and in 2 to 3 weeks, you will
have as much as $50,000 dollars in your PayPal account or even more.

- Sign-up for paypal here www.paypal.com (its easy and its free!!)

- Send $5 to the first person on the list by using the paypal send money feature, and include in the email Please add me to your list. This keeps the program legal.

- Then send another $5 to the 5th person on the list, with an email that says, Thank you. Ive joined.

- Remove the 1st e-mail address and place your address at the bottom.

If you do this the way it was designed, it will reach thousands by the time your name gets to the top. REMEMBER TO SEND a $5.00 dollar donation to the 1st e-mail address and the message "PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR LIST," and send an email with the words 'THANK YOU. I'VE JOINED" and the other $5.00 donation to the 5th person. This helps the 5th person keep track of progress of the letter and continue to send out more emails.
Here is the list:

1. [email protected]
2. [email protected]
3. [email protected]
4. [email protected]
5. [email protected]

(Make sure it's the same e-mail address that you used to open your PayPal account. This is the way you will receive payment)

Now that you have paid the 1st person and 5th person and sent them both an email, a note, and placed your e-mail address in the 5th place, then
what you need to do is post your letter. You can post on craigslist.org, message boards and newsgroups (there are thousands!), and you can even send in an email to your email list. IT IS YOUR JOB AS THE 5TH PERSON ON THE LIST TO ENSURE THERE ARE AT LEAST 20 "THANK YOU. I'VE JOINED" replies. The fifth person is the guardian of the
system! If there are not at least 20 replies then the fifth person will keep sending/posting the letter until there is.

MAKE SURE YOU SEND $5 DOLLARS TO THE FIRST PERSON TO THANK THEM FOR WHEN THEY WERE THE GUARDIAN OF THE LETTER AND $5 DOLLARS TO THE FIFTH PERSON SO MORE EMAILS CONTINUE TO GO OUT!

Now the fun happens.we reap what we sow. Other people will see your posting and do the exact same thing, bringing you lots and lots of dollars!! Seriously, its common sense.you do it and 25 or more people see and do the same thingso on and so fortheveryone wins!

You will receive thanks AND THE SAME BLESSING. When your name is on the 1st slot, 8,000 to 15,000 people will send you 5 dollars! Keep in mind the most you spent is $10 DOLLARS! (Remember this: what goes around comes around!)

TESTIMONIALS:

Mary Gatters, Columbus, SC:

I only have one thing to say to you: OH MY GOD! I sent out 142 copies total before 20 replied, like the instructions said. Then I went on a short
vacation. When I got back my account had over $32,000 dollars in it already and the money
was still coming! I'm still floating on air (especially with my new car). I thought the guardian system sounded cheesy, but now I realize it is the formula that makes this letter really work! THANKS!

Richard Barrie, Boulder, CO:

I was shocked when I saw how much money came flooding into my PayPal account. Within 3 weeks my account balance has ballooned to $22,449. At first I thought there had been some sort of error with my account!"

Here are the step-by-step directions again:
Step 1.

Set up your PayPal account, if you don't already have one, and send the top name
(1st person) $5.00 dollars. DON'T FORGET to include "Please add me to your list." This is important as it keeps the program legal.

Step 2.

Send the other $5.00 dollars and an e-mail stating "Thank you. I've Joined" to the 5th name on the list.

Step 3.

Remove the top name, bump the other 4 names up one place each. Place your name in the bottom slot and you will receive a minimum of $100.00 or more from your efforts.

Step 4.

Keep sending/posting the letter until you get 20 "Thank you. I've joined" replies in your mailbox.

That's it. It's that simple!

Please give it an honest effort, you will not be disappointed and will be very glad you did when it starts to work. Remember, all you are going to
be out of pocket is about the cost of a couple of coffees with the opportunity of banking thousands of dollars into your PayPal account! Take the smallest risk of your life. Take 10-20 minutes to work on this small project and reap the rewards!

Actually, I was warning people to use free email accounts instead of your personal or work accounts.  This has happened before and will happen again.

So what's your problem?

briguy11 has already told me who it is.

I apologize if I came across as not caring.  Of course I care.  It's a provider's duty to respect her clients' privacy and vice versa.

That girl fucked up badly and everyone should learn from her mistake.

Now if you are interested in a fucked up close call I had, check out my review of Jillian.  I've since forgiven her and have been seeing her independently.  But I warn others about the damn agency when 411 posts come up.  It's the one that has cummings1 in the Eros URLs.

Excuse me for not bashing someone for a stupid mistake.  Nobody is perfect.  I haven't seen Mystic btw.  I have a list of girls I want to see and she's not on it.

Peace,
Tiger

You are not a dick and I did not say you should join the bashing parade. I have an anonymous email and you do too but some are too damn lazy to get one.

I did not bash Mystic, I just offered a solution to people who received the email. I have yet to bash this latest provider yet.

Just because we have or don't have an anonymous email does not give a provider permission to abuse our privacy rights. If we continue to support them the problem will only get worse and next they will be selling all our confidential information.

Regarding Jillian's review. I read it a while ago and appreciate the compromising position you where put into and how you handled it. I do not know what I would have done if "pigs" were outside my hotel entrance or if a provider called and said the "pigs" were harassing her!

As a result I have refrained from seeing Jillian even though she looks cute because I do not want to deal with that agancy or want them calling the hotel front desk and asking about me. I have also stayed away from the cummings1 ladies like Elke, Keena and whomever else. All their reviews are bad with the exception of Jillian.

Peace and Safe Hobbying,

GreatWall

I am one of the names on the list.  I was, you could say, surprised when I saw the string of names, but I also immediately guessed what had happened, and confirmed that with the young lady.  I agree that unsolicited chain letters are a breach of etiquette, but beyond that there was nothing "intentional" to it.  She did not intend or realize that cc's would show in the transmitted message.  But it's not something I will lose any sleep over.  I'm not interested in harming anyone and I am comfortable that the others in the cc line are decent people also.   I know this provider.  I trust her absolutely as an honest, good-hearted and caring person.  So you are free to pillory her for a very, very dumb mistake.  I can't do that - I've made too many dumb mistakes myself.
