Am I the only one that has the word "pimp" pop in my head whenever I see an ad with a pic of bills with one of the founding fathers on it? Or maybe I'm reading into and they are using the pic for IRS purposes instead.

Pimp is a strong possibility.  Whatever the reason for it, it makes me inclined to look elsewhere without solid evidence that "she" is actually a good provider.

+1

it is interesting to see the really poor decisions that providers use again and again.  The roll of money is just one.  There are a few others and I would love to hear from some others.  FWITW my top x

1. this is not an offer for ... :  all you have done is let LE know that you will offer P4$.
2. by answering this add you agree that you can not arrest me.  same as above and just as ineffective.
3. no location offered; I don't need your address but I do need to know if the drive is 15 minutes or 90 minutes.
4. 'don't waist my time'. 'callers will be hung up on'; and other ways of saying basically "i hate you, but I will take your $"
5. Fake pictures that do not resemble the provider.
6. "money exchanged is for my time and companionship": admitting that there is an exchange of P4$ is enough to make an arrest.  150 kisses for 60 minutes will not protect you with LE.
6. adds and/or reviews that list menu items that are not available after you get there and pay.
7. My personal favorite: "pictures are 1000% real.  does that mean that they are 9000% not real out of 10,000%??
once you blow past the majic 100% you can not make anything more than 100% real.

we love you ladies, at least most of us do and we want to protect you.  If you are new to this talk to people who are not new.  please don't tell the P's that they should come arrest you by saying $ is for companionship or 100 roses... be careful and be smart.  as they say in boxing ; protect yourself at all times.

Very well said cheyen. Agree "1000%" lol.

I give 1000% too so we are up to 2000% now.

You are probably preaching to the choir and not your intended audience.  The pimpage the OP was referencing don't care as they make the gangsta roll (referenced above) regardless of the shit pics, shit graphics, shit ad copy and whatnot.  However, if your message reaches only one indy BP provider who thinks emulating that bad ass post will win her some dates...then you have done us all a service.

Do these people really not know the police can lie and just because you say something in an ad does not make it legally binding, particularly when it involves an illegal activity?

I thought of making one and two the same but they are different.  even experienced reviewed providers put the "disclaimer" in their add.  "by calling me you agree ..."  COPs LIE  they always lie, they have legal permission to lie and they never miss a chance.  Any thing you say can and will... so do not say anything.
