in top 3 best bbbj's ever. This one used it on the jewels, could DT, and did some things I never had felt before, including a technique to prolong the experience. Just another opinion. If used properly its certainly an enhancement. What made it even better was the fact she was a hot young stripper when I lived in south Florida.

I've had both good and bad with the tongue accessories. Saw a girl once who had her tongue split, Oh my... I would like to try that sometime.
