B & G after surgery / Questions

Had surgery a week ago and still in the hospital.  Should be home next week.
I have a temporary colostomy bag for six months and a very long vertical scar with metal staples.

I have not had an orgasm in 10 days and see that extending, for how long I do not know.
Needless to say I am past full even for my age.  They really ache for relief.  

Not knowing what my ability is going to be if I can jack off or not once I get home.
I live alone, wife has passed, no kids and extended family that’s helping me.  Home healthcare is going to be visiting three times a week for the first month or so.
Have no idea when I will be able to drive.

Questions  
How do I pay for an outcall if I cannot get cash? I have a Venmo Account.  

I have been seeing ME providers, and have a fav, But guessing none of them would do out calls or do they?
Would like to avoid the awkwardness of meeting someone new with these current medical issues.

What are provider and hobbyist experiences this type of medical issue?

If so, you could always hire a car through Lyft or Uber to take you to an ATM.

If you have the ability to contact your favorite without going through her scheduler, you can always ask if she'd be willing to help you out by doing an outcall.  No guarantees of course but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Daisy would be a good choice, She's a care giver to her mother or a relative I believe and can be trusted in your home
Glad you're thinking of busting a nut. but through all them pain pills and muscle relaxers, good for you !  
Hopefully this is just wishful thinking or the pain meds. Try to take it easy for a while and let those stitch's heal.

Guy had intercourse with his girlfriend the the day after hernia surgery (yes, a full blown special genius).  Had to have the surgery redone due to the complications arising from his 160 lb  girlfriend riding him cowboy style.  He didnt have insurance and one fuck ended up costing him another 12 grand.  You might wanna hang it up for a few months.

Got home from the hospital yesterday.  Doing very well all things considered, getting around able to take care of the majority of day to day.  Will have some in care once a day for a while.

I can not remember ever going 14 days without an organism, other than as a kid.   My last week in the hospital, my balls ached as much or more than anything else.  Was waking up with morning wood, that I have not had for quite a while.

Many of my nurses were 7+ to 9's.  Not wanting to be old creepy guy, I was a gentleman as always.  But my brain was fantasying about this young ladies.   You get to know them fairly well being there for 2 weeks.

After some family members, got me settled in at home, made sure I was fine, they left.  And I was finally alone.

If I was in Minnesota I would gladly due an outcall to you. I would consider contacting Whitney Cohen. She is very nice and  has a compassionate soul. Now if you are just looking for someone to fill a need, plenty of ladies that offer outcalls for the right price. I think though in this case that you may need someone with a bigger heart.
