It seems that whenever a post has some "healthy" discussion to it, it gets removed.  

Why remove a post that was informative and was being discussed in a civil manner? I don't understand this forum at times. If a certain person reports a post for whatever reason, it seems to get edited or removed entirely.

I thought the post about the provider in Texas being shot and murdered was informative. It lead to some healthy discussion about how the court systems and jury's in other states are so different from each other. What is so wrong with that? Sure, it got a little heated when someone thought she deserved it, but that's what this board is suppose to be about, right? Healthy discussion. Right or wrong, we all have our opinions to share and they should be heard. IMHO.

Which I appreciate actually. If something tragic were to happen to or involving me I certainly wouldn't want my real name included on a public ho board. Don't worry so much about myself but more so the embarrassment & humiliation it may cause my friends & loved ones.

To avoid having these posts pulled copy/paste the info that is relevant, X out real names ect & invite PM's or keywords to google for the rest of the story.

The post regarding the Texas provider was removed because "Reason: Your post contains personal, private information of an individual which is not allowed per TER posting guidelines."

I had thought the policy was limited to connecting "private" information, such as a provider's real name, to her provider name.  

While I'll follow the rules in the future, the policy doesn't make sense.  The trial was a public trial; it was reported in a news article.  Hence, there is nothing "private" about it any longer.  It's newsworthy and subject to public debate, which is healthy.

Discussions about the downsides of being an escort or hobbyist are far too often pulled when they contain a link to a news story.  Sometimes there is good reason for that but I have seen a good number pulled for which I can see no good reason.  But this is TER's sandbox.
