One of the choices for renewing membership is SegPay,  I used it and two days later it voided the membership.  (No, not a problem with balance on the card)  I used Discover. Recieved an email saying that the transaction had been voided, but was very vague.   I have used CCBill in the past but thought I would try this "new" one, at least for me.  anyone else have a problem with this??

I know several years ago Discover and American Express discontinued doing business with adult based businesses due to rampant fraud issues.

It is possible that after SegPay obtained an authorization, Discover suspected that the charge might be fraudulent as SegPay is EU based and reversed the charge.

I would:

1. Check to see if your Discover card is still active and has not been closed.
2. Send an email to support as stated in the subject line.
3. Go to your "account manager" and see if any credit you received for VIP days is still available or has been voided.
4. Go on line and check your card transactions for a few days just to make sure you have not been charged.
5. Call Discover customer service and see if they have any info they can share.

I had some problems renewing my membership- Mastercard refused the transaction. After a bunch screwing around I found out the problem was the foreign billing account for TER. When I verbally approved the transaction it went through.

SegPay thought that it was fraud.   This card had not been used in the past for online purchases so it was suspect. So for my protection they cancelled the transaction.

They said I did not seem like the sex starved pervert I must be by looking at my past purchases

It went on to say that most cards used to pay for subscriptions for the Erotic Review, are also heavily used for purchases of Viagra,Levitra and Cialis through the Internet. Being no purchases for these products, they halted the transaction!
