1. Overseas servers. TER is not MFP. Sgt Snyder can only touch TER in his wettest dreams. He's probably jerking off right now to the thought of it.

2. LE should not be able to obtain evidence to correlate your real name to your handle unless you are very careless with it, ya know, like good ol' Eagle.

3. Writing reviews for VIP - no correlation to your identity (you did sign up as John Doe, right?) Using your CC to pay for VIP on the other hand...think about it.

4. You don't need "TER cred" to see escorts...though you might get treated like a Pariah on the boards if you try to ask a question. Shouldn't matter, mostly all that happens here is advertising, talking shit and gushing over pussy anyway.

5. Speaking of correlation - maybe it's just me, but there does seem to be one that exists between the best in the biz and mandatory screening. No matter, screening has little to nothing to do with you writing reviews.

Write them, don't write them, I don't see how it should affect your P4P experiences one way or the other. But not something to lose sleep over if you do.

I've always supported this forum financially instead of by writing reviews.  From an economic standpoint this should not only be ok, but necessary for TER's very existence. It does cost money to run a website.  However, I know that a certain degree of "cred" is obtained by relating your personal experiences with providers.

Does it bother anyone else that this creates a vivid and detailed paper trail for LE?  I mean, if the Nice Guys taught us anything it should be that we should be gaurded with our personal information.  It makes getting an appointment difficult for newbies who do not have referrals and are for the same reason uncomfortable with screening.   But, there are enough who do not insist on screening and are well reviewed for this not to be too high a barrier.

TER requires a detailed account.  And, I find it difficult to comply without alarm bells going off in my head.  These bells are telling me that if TER were ever compromised the same was that the Nice Guys website was, that I'd have a lot of fast talking to do.

Am I just overthinking this?  Your thoughts?

Didn't you read the disclaimer? You don't think these beautiful women would actully do these things I write about do you?

They were all on their knees...in church, at the time you claimed to be with them. What really happened was you got your dick stuck in the vacuum cleaner hose again and it sucked all the blood right out of your brain and you began to hallucinate.

And hopefully so long as any of us don't do anything too stupid and remember our rights should we have the misfortune to have an LE encounter (namely STFU, don't lie, and insist on legal representation) then the odds tilt in your favor.

I think if LE really wanted to dedicate enough resources to it, they could get any of us.  But there are many worse crimes going on than what two consenting adults agree to do behind closed doors so they go after easy targets or when they think they can nail a bunch of people at once.

Do what you think you need to do to be safe.  But there are no guarantees unless you don't hobby at all.

I have and have known people to have 2 accounts

1 for reviews, talking smack
1 for VIP

Even though like vorlon said - if they spend enough time, tracing down IPs, warrants, etc... all the hassle they could get anyone.

Though technically they would only get you for posting naughty stuff on a board?
