I'd be stunned to find out that providers would weigh in differently.

It's not something I do with everyone I have sex with, so for me it's a bigger deal.  It requires trust on my part that they will listen to me, follow my lead and be gentle.  Much more intimate than a simple BJ or even regular sex.
