difficulties in opening up the MAIL tab?? Its sooo hard to check my mail sometimes and half the time it simply doesnt open at all....just wondering why.....

Sometimes I think my computer froze up...but, it's just in the TER "Mail" function.

I've had no problems but if you keep having this there is a Report a tech issue choice under the Contact Us menu.
