I have seen providers and had no reason to suspect that the photo wasn't real because the resemblance was so close, but the lady actually would tell me it wasn't because of a telltale tattoo or whatever.  So I could see someone say the photo is accurate in terms of providing an accurate description.

How can a review say -

Real Photo:    No            Photo Accurate:  Yes

That just doesn't make sense to me.

...an accurate photo of a fake? lol

... Vanessa and Isabella were using photos with the faces blurred out. I don't recall that any of the guys who reviewed them ever questioned that their photos were real. Looked just like them. Then TinEye came along and sunofagun if they weren't fake.

Some women don't want to pay for glamour shots but are willing to surf until they find photos that are real close. If the face is blurred and the body in the photo is a fair representation of what you will see then the door opens, seems like no-harm-no-foul. That's when the No/Yes combination makes sense. 'Course, if it's not a fair representation then the the profile should say so.

And then there are times when it ought to be Yes/No, when the photos are real but long out of date. You see it mentioned in reviews, but anyone ever seen that combination in the profile?

when there's NO photo and it still says 'YES' in photo accurate.  wtf...

If a provider has "generic" body type, she can get away with this practice

Some do it for anonymity, others to save money on photoshoots.
