Here is how


1. Copy his alias or write it down

2. Go to your mailbox

3. Click compose

4. Type or paste said alias in the "To" field

5. Fill subject line

6. Type your message

7. Click send button

8. Walla!

oh that is too much work!! TER has changed it ....

all you do is click on the alias and it automatically goes to the PM and fills in the TO line with the alias name!
So much easier!!     YAY!!!
