The ins and outs will most certainly be DEEPLY explored.  I definitely agree with the concept of Hands On Management However, I shy away from the 10 minute Managers Guide as I believe a minimum of 60 minutes is required. I find the current situation of the stimulus package not at all difficult to swallow.  Thanks for the fun reply!
