Have a look at

www.johnspics.org

The lovely policy in Minnesota... soon coming to your state as well? Notice how almost all of the pics of the Johns are black and latino? Probably all poor folks who have never ever heard of TER and got caught. Reminds me of the difference between crack cocaine and powder cocaine. Same cocaine, but different users = different sentences.

You're welcome, America!

Right On!

And I can't wait for our November elections!

Oh, and you just gotta love the disclaimer "Their criminal cases are pending in court and their guilt or innocence on those charges has not yet been determined. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."  If that really meant anything to them, they wouldn't be posting the pictures.

Beats Saint Paul's website where the pictures "offenses" are over one year old.

i still don't see how it can be legal to post pictures of suspects before they are convicted. Some day when i run out of things to do, i may purposely get arrested, knowing that i have no chance of getting convicted. I would then file million dollar lawuits against the city and its pd.

As I understand it, arrests are a matter of public record. So, the authorities could do this sort of thing for everyone that gets arrested.  There's no law banning it.

It's still BS though. If all arrests are a matter of public record why not post pictures of shoplifters or speeders. These "criminals" are a much bigger menace to society that two consenting adults having sex.

Absolutely it's BS.  The only point is try and humiliate people to deter others.  Outside of ging after people who enlist children and/or force women into doing this, every penny spent on this is a wasted one that would be better spent going after real criminals such as murderers, rapists, thieves, etc.

True but that's either because they are one of those hard-liners or are too worried about offending them.

Politicians are the worst, especially those who claimed to be champions "family values" and "christian morals". Everyone of them turned out to be quite the opposite. Does David Vitter ring a bell? I bet he had a hand in Deborah Palfrey's "apparent suicide". His name and many others showed up on her little black book and they had too much to lose so they shut her up. Pigs. They are all pigs. Poor Deborah Palfrey. She should have gone public with the names of all the politicians. That could have spared her life. What a waste of a fine woman.

I think your only chance would be that they were discriminating on the fact that was the only crime that they maintained a policy of posting pictures of persons charged with a crime.

Can he wax my sack? I have been looking for a reputable sack waxer!

If you get your photo listed, it would make for a sure-fire reference check getting dates with new providers.  well, at least if you don't look like most of the street cruising losers on there anyway.
