Cheating is whatever one's partner is uncomfortable with. Each partner has the right to set boundaries for what is acceptable, and the other person has no right to violate those boundaries. If you don't like the boundaries your partner sets, then either talk about it or leave, but don't stay in the relationship while doing things that you know will upset your partner. No one deserves that.
This paragraph seems one-sided to me.  Some people have unreasonable ideas about what they are uncomfortable with.  For example, what if one partner is doesn't like the other even talking to a member of the opposite sex?  Or suppose one partner's ideas about cheating and intimacy change?  Is the other partner now guilty of cheating because the first one changed their mind?

Yes.  I do see what they mean, but there are SOOO many more things involved in each story.  I just really liked how the article caters to those hell-bent one the monogamous-only dream life thing.  There are SOOO many other ways, and there are no cookie cutter relationships.
