After reading this from MayoClinic.com, I wonder what the problem could be. A couple of cautionary notes, but, but otherwise go for it.

It would not be my cup of tea, but a girl has to provide for her family, right?

I've heard about people seeing women who are pregnant. I'm wondering how you guys feel about that? I've always been curious. Would you enjoy it or does it not sound pleasing at all?

a pregnant provider but I have later found out that I have seen two- one was within a month or so of delivery (21 yrs old) and the other just a few months pregnant. The one who was nearer delivery looked thicker than her picks but did not have the classic belly that most ladies seem to have when the are almost eight months pregnant- she was still very hot and horny. They're may have been more but the provider never told me. I would think that it is not uncommon- it just depends on how far they would go into the pregnancy providing. If I knew, I would not be interested in seeing that provider until she is back in shape afterward.

it was very sexy, very intimate. With a provider, not for me I think.

And here's a legit use of an Alias.

She wasn't showing much and it was fine.  I didn't see her because she was pregnant though and I would not choose to see a provider who was showing a lot.

then sure, why not. I find that a healthy soon-to-be-mother is really attractive. I wouldn't seek one out that I didn't already know (as a fetish).

I personally find continuing to provide to be incredibly irresponsible. Your right to make your own choices in life are revoked (IMHO) once you become responsible for the well being of another life. Putting that life at risk is as selfish as it gets. If I were a hobbyist, I would take a stand & walk away. Just my two cents.

The physical act of sex is safe for the baby, but some STDs can be passed along.

If the provider has been and is STD free, and reasonably expects that to continue, IMHO it is not an unreasonable risk. Extra care would need to be taken, however, because a pregnant woman's immune system is sometimes lower.

http://www.cdc.gov/std/pregnancy/STDFact-Pregnancy.htm

STDs & Pregnancy - CDC Fact Sheet ...

How do STDs affect a pregnant woman and her baby?

STDs can have many of the same consequences for pregnant women as women who are not pregnant. STDs can cause cervical and other cancers, chronic hepatitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, and other complications. Many STDs in women are silent; that is, without signs or symptoms.

STDs can be passed from a pregnant woman to the baby before, during, or after the baby’s birth. Some STDs (like syphilis) cross the placenta and infect the baby while it is in the uterus (womb). Other STDs (like gonorrhea, chlamydia, hepatitis B, and genital herpes) can be transmitted from the mother to the baby during delivery as the baby passes through the birth canal. HIV can cross the placenta during pregnancy, infect the baby during the birth process, and unlike most other STDs, can infect the baby through breastfeeding.

A pregnant woman with an STD may also have early onset of labor, premature rupture of the membranes surrounding the baby in the uterus, and uterine infection after delivery.

The harmful effects of STDs in babies may include stillbirth (a baby that is born dead), low birth weight (less than five pounds), conjunctivitis (eye infection), pneumonia, neonatal sepsis (infection in the baby’s blood stream), neurologic damage, blindness, deafness, acute hepatitis, meningitis, chronic liver disease, and cirrhosis. Most of these problems can be prevented if the mother receives routine prenatal care, which includes screening tests for STDs starting early in pregnancy and repeated close to delivery, if necessary. Other problems can be treated if the infection is found at birth.

I see no problem escorting while pregnant, its their choice. I personally wouldn't offer it.
but, for me since im primarily a massage only provider there shouldn't be a safety issue. any time I've worked while pregnant i offered a very limited upgrade menu which means not so much fun for the client if they're looking for that.
If im pregnant that doesn't mean I can't do a massage.
It becomes more of a personal preference as in big belly , extra weight (I know there's a few gentlemen that hate big girls around here.

I wouldn't do fs at all just because of being pregnant is exhausting itself without sex,  not to mention later on there's risk of your water breaking.  Guys love squirters but that's just gross.

Despite careful screening you never know who is REALLY walking through that door. There is the risk of a physical attack as well. I just simply could not find it within myself to put my child at risk in any way, shape, or form. I just don't see any good reason for encouragement here.

There's that but its pretty much the same risk working at a store restaurant or a bar, something like that because we'll never know when something could go awry. Just sayin.

On the other hand, when you see an AD or WEBSITE or REVIEW riddled with spelling and grammar sloppiness and/or ignorance, it speaks volumes.  And what's up with BP pics showing an unkempt room in the background?

isn't there even one time in your life, when you will tell yourself, let the hobby rest for today?? would you want to do it so bad, that you would ignore a whole baby in her belly?? jeez!!

when a woman becomes pregnant, she should accept the fact that it's now not just about her anymore.

i think it's kind of selfish to imply otherwise.

Well im low volume anyway so if I happened to be expecting  I only saw trusted people I've known for years and always said something ahead of time so they weren't put off by it or I could set them up with one of my girlfriends never with a new person  .
Last I checked massage isn't really risky behavior I mean I got attacked/assaulted on a city bus in broad daylight by some urban trash heap for no reason while I was prego so that pretty much shot my previous views on providing while expecting out the window as it was clear to me im more at risk hurting myself or being hurt +1 being outside somewhere than in my workplace where I have more control.
to me with a limited menu like that of a DIY or HE massage is why I also see no problem.
Its more of an aesthetic issue in that case methinks.
Like I said, I would never do FS or other upgrades while prego its just too much for me.
I could care less and judge not of what another does with themselves for a living.
(BTW one of my reviews says I am when I NOT currently expecting right now.)why?  I have no clue and they won't remove it.

A provider who knows how to avoid STDs while not pregnant should be able to do the same when she is pregnant, especially with extra care. There is more than one way to ignore a "whole baby," such as being too broke and stressed to give proper prenatal care.

What we really need is for any hobbiest with an STD to stay home.

Exactly and what about non hobby employment?
so we're supposed to stay home from our civvie jobs too? Being prego automatically renders women handicapped?
Nope, they give you a short term UNPAID leave of absence and if you don't come back soon enough,  you lose your job.
All I know is women need to earn income just as much as men do pregnant or not furthermore if you don't wanna see a pregnant gal then don't but don't get on their case as if you're one to judge.

It is bound to strike a chord & get some reaction. Frankly, I am impressed at how tame the reactions have been so far.

As far as paying the bills are concerned, I can only reflect on my own experience there. I left my ex husband while pregnant with our 4th child. Hmmm.... What to do, what to do? Bingo! I've got it! I got me some Grants, & student loans & went to collage. I got TWO jobs that barely took care of the bills, but they got paid just the same. I applied for public assistance to cover our medical needs, & supplement the dinner table. I utilized food, & clothing shelves, & at times we even went to area churches that served lunch & dinner. Tough times? You betcha! But there is no sacrifice I wouldn't make to insure the safety & well being of my family. Pride has no rightful place in parenting. The temptation was surely there, but regardless of how hard I tried to justify the easy way, my heart wouldn't allow it.

Some of the best hobbiest experiences I've had have been with pregnant providers, especially later in their pregnancy.  The best experiences have been with providers who I've seen prior to their pregnancy so there's a certain level of trust and intimacy already established.  I've found the providers to be extreemly horny and wanting to be pleased.  The sessions were always very good, and many ran over time.  One provider use to call me up when she needed servicing (so maybe I was the provider - hmm) and she introduced me to the sex swing and hung mirors from the ceiling when she was pregnant.  What fun that was.  If you're uncomfortable providing while preganant then don't, but it can be great fun, enjoyable for all, and safe.

For me,there is nothing hotter than pregnant or lactating providers, especially the slender ones that are big only in the belly and tits. The ladies love how much bigger their tits have gotten and the nipples are bigger, darker and more sensitive.I think out of the top ten naked bodies I have ever seen,at least eight of them were new nursing mothers whose tits are totally awesome, especially when heavily engorged with milk.I just wish more pregnant or lactating providers would make themselves available somehow since BP does not allow the words pregnant or lactating in  their ads anymore. There should be a special forum for pregnant and lactating providers so we could be able to access them.

It's very revealing that nearly all the people here for going full grind while pregnant all have reasons that are completely selfish, the big nipples, the 'glow', I gotta pay my bills, - while people against it, state reasons more related to THE OTHER ENTITY INVOLVED!

Comparing this to a regular work environment is illogical. No one else has sex in their regular work environment.

We are all adults, we all know that if there is any one person who needs help that can get help if they wanted it, are women with children. Your pride might have to take a massive hit, but there are ways to survive and pay your bills, without having sex while you're pregnant.

It's really not even about the physical aspect of having sex while pregnant. If you were married, you wouldn't stop having sex if you got pregnant. It's more the principle. That there are certain things you still hold dear, despite the nature of your work. Certain things you will not let the hobby corrupt. That there are certain times when you will make the sacrifice to do what you know to be right.

And if if is not when a woman is pregnant,
