Agreed. St Paul is definitely an area to avoid. I think also, the level of screening is what is going to best determine your level of safety. No matter where you go, remember you are NOT invincible.

In 25 years of hobbying, I have had one run in with LE, at a lady's private incall (not a hotel) and a) she was well reviewed, b) I had seen her previously, and c) she claimed to be low-volume (2 clients per day) but that was bullshit (according to the officer who claimed that guys were coming and going all day and night).  

The problem is with nosy neighbors next door in a high-rise condo.  As a result I and the provider spent 30 minutes asserting our rights about a dozen times before they gave up and left.  

I am also aware of several non-prosecuted incidents where LE has "investigated" women at their residence.  These were all providers working out of an apartment or home.  There was also one high-profile case about a year ago where a neighbor complained to police and the lady was prosecuted, along with her husband/pimp.

Paul or the north side is a bad choice, because the perception of those areas are that they're dangerous. Whether or not that is actually true is debateable, but you want to be where your clients aren't afraid to go.
