Yes the odds are not likely that the mistyped number is actually someone very against this hobby. However, I tend to believe in simple mistakes as that would be easy to make.

I googled the number, and there was the ad, However, when I clicked the ad link, then the BP page came up, and the listed number in the ad, is 651 239 25 71.
