One of the bigger issues on the TC board currently is the lack of a consistent approach and administering TER’s policies.  Why is this???..

I agree with your post and second the notion. I also have paid for more time than I have received for free. Right now I do not have a VIP membership due to some of what you stated. I have slacked off on reviews but have remained active in the hobby. I will get back to PAID VIP status, MOST LIKELY.....but am on hold for a while due to some amount of dissatisfaction at the current time.
