Take a look at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites St. Paul Ne - Lake Elmo

They've gone through a name change since the last time I was there but I definitely enjoyed their jacuzzi suites.

Lots of good ones on the north shore if you don't mind a drive.

Cove point, grand superior and superior shores have nice jacuzzi rooms.
