I wonder what percent of people log on at their work? It's kind of nice to speed around like this...

maybe those who "camp out" on the site all day (like me!) are what cause the drag....... I may be more guilty than others, I have an auto-refresh program that updates my TER window every few minutes.

BTW,,, Does anyone know how we get internet across the pond? TER servers are located in Amsterdam and I have always wondered if we have fiber laying on the ocean floor all the way over there or do we link via satellite? If it is satellite, then there is probably .7sec of reaction time each way bouncing into space and back down, and maybe that 1.3sec is the percieved "slowness" of the site? This is just a threory I pulled out of my ass, so feel free to shoot holes in it.......

I am noticing a speed improvement today as well
