Should you have an idea of what the provider of your choice offers  . Hell yeah. Walking in blind never in your best interest, nor the hobby as a whole IMO.  What you consider VIP and what they do may be quite different.  Are you going to pay extra for some kissing, and how much. Whats that lead to , price creep, and once the bars been set we all are screwed.

 Your correct its going to different from provider to provider, and unless  you have established previous  relationship with them, no will probably  not discuss out of session.   Network  my friend that is how you learn  key information.  It may take time and effort  on your part  but may pay in the end.

I am, and always have been, just a massage guy.  Was in the hobby long before I even knew about TER.  I’m just giving my two cents on this- not looking to start any debate.  Questions?  PM me, but do so from a handle or alias that has enough reviews (written or received) so I can verify you.  

There are probably as many answers to this question as there are providers (or schedulers) writing those ads.  It can mean anything/everything on top of a basic massage.  It can mean HJ, B2B, full nude, FIV, DATY, kissing, a shower, and perhaps a BJ or maybe even FS.  (Keep in mind some providers in the massage world do not even write their own ads.)

As others have written: do your homework/read reviews and don’t be afraid to ask questions.  You can always ask, but usually the response is vague or they’ll mention the shower option.  Not so fun showing up and dropping $160/$180 (or more) for a FBSM only to learn that even nude costs more.  I’ve been to places where I swear I was going to be charged more to breathe.

My experience, and it has been expensive at times, is that the good ones don’t need to advertise like that. Their reviews (and word of mouth) tell all.  I always wonder, and sometimes even outright ask, if I don’t buy the upgrade, what is my “basic” service going to be like? Shit?  Maybe.  (And I've had that happen where I decline an outrageous upgrade only to have the woman be pissed and go through the motions with a grudge.)  So the question is: is that a risk I’m willing to take when I know there are other really good girls out there with good/great reviews?  Not to mention I have a long list of great gals so I don’t even have to check reviews.  For me, the answer is almost always no. I won’t see a woman who uses such advertising unless I know the woman (via other providers) or I have seen her, and I know what the VIP means.  In one case I know it’s just a shower option.  And with that woman, I prefer to spend my time with her “on the table.”  (I think she prefers that too.)

Another twist is the offer of “next time.”  I fell for that once or twice but will not repeat with one who says that to me.  If my money isn’t good enough for you today, I’m not coming back to give you more.

Last note (sorry for the short dissertation).  Reviews.  As another wrote, please be sure to write solid and HONEST reviews.  Don’t go through a mediocre session and score it 7 or 8 because you blow a nut.  And respect a provider’s wishes if she asks you to not write certain things.

There are ways to ask without being too explicit. You may not get all the information you need, but you'll get some. In one instance, I asked a girl what her VIP rate meant, and she said it was about "covers." Which I assumed meant the difference between CBJ and BBBJ, and not BBFS (I hope).  

It was still a guessing game, but less of a guess.

I've seen many massage girls where quite a bit happened beyond the typical rub and a tug.  I rarely even refer to the "extras", and one time when I sent too far in a review she asked me to edit the review because "that" doesn't happen with everyone and "I'm tired of guys all expecting that now."  So I usually keep my mouth shut in deference to a woman who has just done one of my favorite things for me.
