Any info or hits on this one?

she posted in Chicago a few days ago and she has an interesting way of saying that she is Eastern European (эаsтэяи эцгорэаи). She did not change her phone number (from the windy city) which normally indicates she has nothing to hide.  

And finds hits on the various pics from the ad from almost one side of the country to the other.  Proceed with caution IMHO.
