I doubt TER would pull the review if MD reports it since it’s probably impossible for her to prove it didn’t happen, it’s he said/she said. That leaves options like:
* Post a denial here. Could end up as a train wreck though. Could do the same on Twitter if she uses it. But not everyone who sees the review will see her denial.
* Delist. I know some providers who’ve done that due to a false review (assuming this one is false—only two people know that for sure).
* Put JCL on her DNS list and report him to the sites providers use to warn others. That won’t do anything about the review but will help other providers.

I get it that there are many fake reviews out there. If they are disputed the reviewer needs to provide proof of the encounter. There are also times when a provider isn’t given the positive review they wanted to read, or in this case the truth hurts. I have the right to submit an honest review on this website. It was fake. Disclaimer- I am NOT here to start drama. I was simply pointed out by someone that I was mentioned on this board.
He mentioned in the review that we met when he took advantage of my Memorial Day special I had going on. I only honored that special to three clients. Both of which were incalls, neither of which were whoever this guy is, because I have met with the two before/after the appointment with the special. I hadn't even done an outcall since the 9th of that month, way before I even announced the special, one day before Memorial Day on May 24th. When I messaged him to please share his contact info so I could see if I did in fact see him before I disputed the review, he said he would, but then he didn't reply so I disputed it with TER. He then got super offended that I disputed him, while I repeatedly asked him to share his contact details or otherwise prove to me that I did meet with him. TER told me that they were keeping up the review with no other information given.
I don't know why he would lie... either we did meet at some point and he lied about the details, or I don't know. It's not like it was a bad review or anything... I just didn't appreciate that I believed, and still do, that it was fake.
