I am not shilling this woman but this is a problem for unreviewed, pre-profile providers.  She has an ad on TER that is easily searchable. It links to her website that gives an email. But, apparently the board posts what appears to be an active mailbox for people with ads

TER simply doesn't allow members who are not VIP to read the messages in it.  The good news is once she gets a review she can apply for limited VIP as a reviewed provider (see link).  The bad news is she has to have been reviewed.  But as far as I know she can always buy a regular VIP membership until she is eligible for the limited one.
