Sometimes TER creates a second profile for the same provider because they don't realize one already exists.  This often happens when the provider changes her name and sometimes that is because she has a bad reputation and wants to try and leave that behind with a new name.  You can submit a problem report asking for the profiles to be combined (one has already been submitted for this one) but you need to provide a reason why.  In this it is clear because it is the same girl in both sets of ads.
