I've been a home brewer for ages. It's a cream ale with hardly any hops except for some cascade aroma hops. I can guess the recipe and get really close. You want a decent Pilsner or very light 2 row barley. Mash at 145F for an hour and shoot for an SG of 1.048. The state 15 IBUs and I can believe it, barely any hops, but for the boil use Tettnang or Hallertau for 60+ minutes only. Add 1 ounce per 5 gallons of Cascade at flameout for the aroma.
Ferment cold with Wyeast 1056 ale yeast down to at least 1.009 FG for a 5% ABV.
To call this kind of backyard lawnmower beer "Provider" is kinda weird IMO. The steeltow brewmaster hasn't met any of the gals around here
If I was going to make a brew called Provider she'd go down smooooth and pack quite a wallop! Like a good pale ale!
