Just curious - she asks for 40% deposit which I feel like is a red flag

Unless a provider has reviews and hobbyists vouching for them, I NEVER send deposits.  Most are scams - maybe not all, but most.

I would avoid profiles like Ms. Erin. I enjoy advocating for other women of my community, however a profile like hers definitely raises red flags.
I would look for these factors:

Multiple cities listed as “home”
Not a local phone number
No reviews, no website- which is up to the providers own preference. It is not mandatory to have a website.
But at certain price points, if you’re trying to seek a more elevated experience, it shows personal investment on said provider.

In my opinion in 40% is a little bit egregious, I am on the higher end, and I only require 20% for a 3 hr plus booking.

She’s pretty, but only god knows if she’s actually real, let alone the person you’d meet in person.

If you are still genuinely curious, I would send her an email and evaluate her cadence, her professionalism.

Then decide, but remember: instinct never lies..trust your gut.

Good luck. Godspeed.
