Our policies have not changed, but with COVID19 we have relaxed a few temporarily as we noted in our thread on the General Board. But, this does not have anything to do with what you are talking about here.
New members wanting to post on the boards contact us to get this feature activated. You created your account in January, 2020 and a few days later asked about posting. You were granted the ability to post. This policy has been in affect for years.
Your attempt to post a review did take 5 attempts. You originally gave us an ad that did not have the name of the provider in it; through these next attempts your name in details did not match the new ad you gave, then the ad had different name, then the review had different name. You finally got everything to match.
"I just had a comment removed that in no way violated...." Please let us know which one this was. The recent feedback that we see where we responded we had determined the post would remain was not a post that you posted on the board, but a reported post feedback from you. Only 4 of your board posts are not posted, 3 because of the removal of the thread and 1 for not adhering to guidelines back in January when you became a member and we gave you the ability to post.
We did not locate any problem report, but you can 'contact us' and give us any information that needs to be updated on a profile if you do not want to use the problem report function from the profile. As with any problem report or feedback where a request is being made to change a profile, we need to know where/how you know your information is correct.
