Do a search on providers and cross link with their ads (Backpages, etc.).  I can think of at least two proivders (one started as massage only but now I think provides more and the other is listed as massage) that are now in the Bloomington Area that meet your criteria.  Sorry, but I am not posting names just because I am being cautious.
