Are you opposed to screening with RWI?

I suggest you try looking at a wide variety of providers with an eye towards their screening requirements and finding one whose requirements you are willing to meet.  Many will want some degree of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).  I advise thinking carefully about what information you are comfortable giving out.  Some providers do offer other ways of screening besides using PII or references.

Meantime try some of the massage providers. They are less likely to be stringent because you're only asking for a massage (theoretically) but it might get you a ref.
That's how a lot of us started.  
Also stay on the board and a nice woman might pipe up and give you some options.

Some (many?) escorts won't use references these days.  They don't trust them.  They'll have their own screening needs.  It's up to you if their screening requirements are acceptable.
