In my experience, each of the wonderful women that I have met in life are different. recognizing the "flush" isn't always that easy and it varies with many women and a face flush could easily be faked.  In some non-providers, it's wonderfully obvious.

And the there's always the possible confusion with the flush from vigorous activity.
