If LE is wanting to bust you, they will its about being in the wrong place right time they don't have to identify themselves just because you're asking them. if God forbid it does happen keep your mouth SHUT that's all you need to do.
All I can advise to avoid rip offs and LE is go with reviewed providers on here or other reputable review sites or sign up for a reference/verification site some providers are newbie friendly .
Usually I figure they're ok if they've been around for a long time. I mean more than just a few months even if they don't have any reviews doesn't mean automatically they aren't good or a set up. there are very reliable UTR's as well in this town for a fact.

Those Can work. but LE has been known to indulge in services, thus not paying the lady & busting her after the fact. Rarely have I seen charges stay though if she can prove he did that.
