Did the last line of the original poster's message state that the couple is not interested in enhancements?

If I am understanding their intent, then that means they are not interested in providers with breast augmentation.

Before anyone asks, yes, my wife is utterly and completely aware of this request (and all other of my activities).

Well, I was a D cup in high school too!! So my repair looks very very natural!!
They are very soft becuz I had lots to work with. Enhanceents look more UNnatural when going too big for your natural size!  My large size is natural......but having kiddos requires a little fixer upper! :)

There are many choices besides Hilary and Portia, although both are very good choices. Just find a provider that your wife thinks is to her liking and just ask that provider if she's interested.
