On the other hand, perhaps cloning of carefully selected providers should not only be allowed but encouraged -- it would drain the swamp of less than stellar providers, create more appointment availability, and drive down cost. Given the prodigious amounts of capital involved to realize this goal, a government grant application may be in order...
