It's to be expected, I think. After all, she has a few reviews, and has a very low rating of less than 4 for performance. Why on earth would you call a provider with consistently bad reviews? I just can't understand that at all. It appears you dodged a bullet on this one.

Sucks for providers too when we get bum runs ... Doesn't happen too often but waste of gas and time not to mention a possible missed appt we could have had instead.
It's a business (fun one at that) so no call no show is very inconsiderate at the least!
